Carter Stock Controller

Carter is looking for a Stock Controller to join our dynamic team in Melrose, Johannesburg. The role will be based at our flagship dealership.

The role is suited for a motivated, detailed-oriented individual that has good interpersonal skills and has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

This role does include finance related functions.

Responsible for day-to-day stock control duties which include but not limited to:

• Deal invoicing

• Daily debtor’s management

• Performing monthly stock counts

• Liaising with the banking institution and assisting with management of floorplan facility

• Vehicle related payments and settlements

• Full function stock control (ordering of vehicles, creating orders, stocking vehicles)

• Reconciliation of deal costing

• Liaising with banking institutions to obtain Natis’s

• Preparation and execution of supplier payments when required

• Processing of accounting journals into the accounting system

• Other finance & administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric)
• 2 years of experience
