Introduction

Look no further, Moving Tactics offers a 12 month (Paid) internship that is in partnerships with Yes4Youth to get you market ready.
In order to be eligible for the internship, you need to meet the following criteria:
- 18-34 years old
- Candidate is defined in accordance with the BBBEE definition
- South African citizen
- Unemployed
- Has not completed a Yes4Youth program previously.
Your primary function will be to support the Johannesburg Stock Controller with his/her duties and
responsibilities to effectively and efficiently manage all Moving Tactics Stock and ensure that there is
compliance with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal/external controls.
All tasks are to be completed timeously and accurately to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives.
There need to be constant coordination and open communication between you and your stock
controller. This position requires a strong voice and confidence in all actions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with Stock Control
- Monthly full stock takes in your region. Accuracy is of utmost importance.
- Creation of accurate weekly and monthly reports where needed.
- Awareness of Moving Tactics FOC stock, and client allocation.
- Ensuring stock are packed and ready in one location for the installations taking place the next day.
- Making sure Stock Control Process and Procedures are always adhered to.
- Stock security is pivotal, make sure stock is always secure and safe. Locked storerooms.
- Making sure all storerooms are neat and tidy with accurate stock levels in that specific storeroom readily available. In other words, know your storerooms inside out.
- Attend all stock related meetings you are invited to.
- Effective communication with all team members and relevant departments.

Package & Remuneration
Basic Salary – R5,000.00 per month.
