Full job description
We’re looking for a Baker to join our team in Midrand.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of bread, fermentation, and producing consistent, high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with speciality breads and dough fermentation
- Confident with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Good time management and organisation
- Team player with a positive attitude
